NOTICE / CUT / SHIP
A software studio building developer tools.
koyua designs, builds, and ships developer tools and products in the open. TypeScript end to end, boring infrastructure, and a public ledger that says what is actually being worked on — including the things that are nothing yet.

01
Small diffs
A 200-line change gets read properly. Everything here stays small enough to argue about.
02
Boring infrastructure
Postgres, HTTP, and the platform's own primitives. Novelty belongs in the product, not the plumbing.
03
TypeScript end to end
From the database row to the pixel. If the compiler can catch it, nobody should have to.
04
Nothing phones home
No telemetry, no analytics that follow you, no account needed to read the docs.
Process
STAGE 01
Notice
Watch a problem long enough to be sure it's real, and to see what people do instead today. Most ideas die here, which is the point.
Most ideas don't make it
STAGE 02
Cut
Decide the smallest useful version, and what it refuses to do. A tool with one sharp edge beats a suite with six dull ones.
Scope is subtraction
STAGE 03
Ship
Small releases with written changelogs, and always a way out: no lock-in, no telemetry, exports in open formats.
A way out, always
